The Fat Cow

Tmboon Cheesery

Timboon Cheesery is home to farmhouse cheese made by fourth-generation dairy processors and cheesemakers.

Apostle Whey Cheese

Apostle Whey Cheese is home to award-winning, delectable hand-made cheese. This paddock to plate operation means that all cheeses are made from pure milk which has been produced by their own specially bred herd of Aussie Red/Jerseys.

Dairy Farmers Julian and Dianne Benson launched Apostle Whey Cheese in October 2005, and since then, has become a labour of love that combines their two passions – sustainable farming and boutique, artisan produce.

Apostle Whey Cheese provides visitors with a unique experience where they can see all aspects of operation, from the cows being milked at 4pm daily, right though to cheeses being made by hand.
