Ingredients

8 fresh shots espresso coffee
sugar, to taste, if desired
ice, for serving
600ml chilled Sungold 'O Frothy One'
cinnamon, for dusting

Method

  1. Sweeten espresso with sugar to taste and cool slightly.
  2. Place a couple of ice cubes into each serving glass and pour over espresso.
  3. Foam the milk using a stick blender, manual frother or frappé machine. Top espresso with cold foamed milk and dust with cinammon.
