A personal favourite of the Dairy Kitchen's team, these moreish balls are so delicious and are perfect for sustaining you during hiking or walking.
Ingredients
1/4 cup quick oats2/3 cup almond meal
250g wedge ricotta
1 1/2 tablespoons agave or pure maple syrup
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup vanilla whey based protein powder
1 tablespoon finely grated lemon rind
1 tablespoon lemon juice
white chia seeds, crushed pistachios or coconut, for rolling
