Baby waxy potatoes
Raclette or Gruyere Cheese

Method

  1. Steam baby waxy potatoes and place in heatproof serving dishes. Top with plenty of grated or sliced Raclette or Gruyere Cheese and grill until melting.
  2. Top with shards of crispy grilled prosciutto and serve as a side dish.
